Recent Events

Charitable Initiative in Ekumfi Nanaben

Communities in Faith Foundation has continued its commendable effort to support the aged community in Ekumfi Nanaben, located in the Central Region. For two consecutive visits, the Foundation has donated food items to help improve the living conditions of the elderly in this community. This initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to being the backbone of the community, ensuring that vulnerable groups receive the care and assistance they deserve.

During the most recent visit, the team, led by Augustina Eduardo Quansah, delivered food supplies such as rice, bags of satchel water , eggs loaves of bread , canned goods, and other essential items. Augustina Efua Quansah also presented a speech on behalf of the CEO, Stephenson Aggrey. In the speech, the CEO reiterated the Foundation’s mission to empower and support underprivileged members of society, especially the elderly. <br>

Stephenson Aggrey expressed his deep belief in the importance of giving back to the community and emphasized that initiatives like these are steps toward creating a society where everyone, regardless of age or economic status, has access to basic necessities. He also acknowledged the invaluable contributions of donors, volunteers, and team members whose efforts made the initiative a success. <br>

The Foundation’s work has been warmly welcomed by the residents of Ekumfi Nanaben. Many of the elderly beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude, noting how the support has alleviated some of the challenges they face. Community leaders also commended the Foundation for its consistent dedication to their well-being.

As Faith Foundation continues its efforts, plans are underway to expand its reach and provide more sustainable support to other communities in need. The organization is calling on individuals, corporate bodies, and stakeholders to join hands in creating lasting change.

The CEO’s message concluded with an inspiring call to action: “Together, we can ensure that no one in our communities is left behind. Let us work together to restore dignity, bring hope, and create a better tomorrow for all.”

Faith Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to uphold its values of compassion, generosity, and community development, with a vision to touch more lives in the coming months.The International Relations Director LaTonya Aggrey mentioned that the foundation will reach out to those whose family members have rejected them. She is optimistic that this will go along way to ensure that everyone has good health. She appreciated the care givers for their support.

Dedicated Volunteers
Our mission work is global, and our volunteers are always ready to support communities in need. Vena Aggrey, a dedicated member of our organization and who is currently serving in Manila, has demonstrated exceptional service by reaching out to many people, providing guidance, and fostering hope. Collaborative Efforts In Sampaloc, Manila, we’re working closely with local children, sharing meals and imparting valuable lessons to children. Our goal is to inspire them to see the potential within themselves and to strive for success in the future.

Communities in Faith Foundation Collaborates with Church Leaders to Distribute Bibles to Youth
Accra, Ghana — August 3, 2024 —

Communities in Faith Foundation (CIFF) is pleased to announce a successful collaboration with local church leaders to spread the word of faith among the youth. Led by Mrs. Theodora Amedetor and her dedicated team, this initiative saw the distribution of Bibles to children and young adults across various communities in Ghana.
This initiative underscores CIFF’s commitment to fostering spiritual growth and reinforcing the values of faith among the younger generation. The distribution event, which took place over the past week, brought together volunteers and church leaders who shared the message of hope, love, and faith from God.
Mrs. Theodora Amedetor, who spearheaded the project, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to impact the lives of the youth. “It’s truly inspiring to see the enthusiasm and eagerness of these young individuals to learn more about the word of God. We believe that providing them with Bibles will not only strengthen their faith but also guide them in their personal and spiritual growth.”

Report on Inter-class Quiz for Basic 9 Learners Date: February 5th, 2024 Location: Asuofua D/A JHS A, Kumasi Organizer: Communities in Faith Foundation Introduction: The Communities in Faith Foundation organized an interclass quiz on February 5th, 2024, at Asuofua D/A JHS A, Kumasi. The primary objective of the quiz was to evaluate students' reading ability, spelling, and word formation skills. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from twenty students from JHS 3A, thirteen from 3A, and two from 3B. Competition Overview: The competition commenced with a series of challenging rounds of questioning, designed to test various aspects of the participants' language proficiency. Following intense deliberations, six finalists emerged from the pool of talented participants. Results: Getrude Agu: Secured the first position, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in all areas of assessment. Dora Osei Frimpong: Claimed the second position, showcasing commendable skills and knowledge throughout the competition. Martina Afia Pokuaa: Attained the third position, exhibiting a strong grasp of language fundamentals. Fiifi Narh Korly: Achieved the fifth position, reflecting commendable effort and dedication. Christiana Niipala: Secured the sixth position, demonstrating resilience and determination.
Participant Engagement: The participants displayed remarkable enthusiasm and joy throughout the competition, underscoring their high level of engagement and interest in the event. Furthermore, many students who did not participate expressed regret and wished they had enrolled earlier, indicating the widespread appeal and positive impact of the quiz. Conclusion: The interclass quiz organized by Basic 9 learners under the auspices of the Communities in Faith Foundation was a resounding success, highlighting the students' academic prowess and the Foundation's commitment to promoting educational excellence. The event not only provided a platform for students to showcase their language skills but also fostered a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie among participants.
